50 Minute Class: Begins with a 2-3 minute warm-up to wake up your body. Over 50 minutes, you can expect an empowering and upbeat full body workout with bursts of cardio and toning. The focus is on creating lean muscles & targeting stubborn areas. A non-repetitive workout to keep you guessing, elevate your mood, and reduce your stressors. Class ends with a 2 minute meditation to return to a calm state of mind.
