You can expect a full body workout with bursts of cardio + powerful toning to elongate and strengthen your muscles leaving you feeling energized and renewed. This class will push you mentally + physically no matter how many times you attend as Taylor designs a new workout daily, and the method is constantly e.volving. All levels friendly as YOU decide your pace and what works best for you.
Taylor Welch
I launched eve. in February '22 with a mission and mindset to reach and empower women everywhere. I have spent the last 12+ years committed to advancing women’s health and wellness as well as perfecting my method through rigorous trial and error.
Beginning as a medical assistant/nutritionist, and expanding towards a long career of personal training elite clientele, I knew I had to take my knowledge and experience to another level.
My personal transformation and valuable feedback from clients over the years have truly driven a lot of my success. I brought the gym to the class in a way that styles all of my learnings in a very feminine specific way with the goal to achieve long, lean, and strong muscles.
I firmly believe that true results stem from a strong mental foundation paving the way for physical transformation. “It starts in the mind.” My approach to achieving results is fashioned by intentional focus on both mental and physical well-being. Mental, then physical.
Leading with intuition, my intention is to always bring you the most elevated experience and results driven method in a way that is easily managed on a daily basis making it routine.
