I grew passionate about focusing solely on women's health & wellness when I started hosting my first women only group fitness classes in 2015. This opened the door for what eve. would one day become. My approach to achieving results is fashioned by intentional focus on both mental and physical well-being. Mental, then physical. I believe that everything starts in the mind.
