By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
2. Use of Services
The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
eve. by Taylor provides fitness and wellness content intended for general informational purposes only.
By participating in any class or program, you acknowledge:
• You are voluntarily participating at your own risk
• You are responsible for your own health and physical condition
• You have consulted with a physician if necessary
eve. by Taylor is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from participation.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including programming, workouts, branding, visuals, and materials, are the exclusive property of eve. by Taylor.
This method is proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under your account.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if these Terms are violated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, eve. by Taylor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
