Eve. White is A WOMEN ONLY experience styled intentionally and intuitively for the strong feminine mind and body by Taylor Welch. You can expect a full body tone with energized breath work to fuel your movement. Check in with you as we settle in, bring feminine power to your session through mindful movement, and calm your mind, body, and spirit as a we end with a meditation/mindset shift.
